for VIKTOR
- We
are currently raising the remaining funds to bring Viktor C., an orphan
Operation Ukraine has been working with for several years, to the US.
Viktor is now out of the orphanage and in need of further education
in English so he can build a future for himself. He will also benefit
from living in a loving local family while studying. PLEASE HELP!
Baby
House Laundry Room
- We
are currently raising funds to renovate the laundry facility at the
baby orphanage. It is in a building built in 1882 and has had very few
updates since! It will require funds to pour a new concrete floor, reinforce
walls, repair plumbing and electrical We were able to purchase one new
washing machine in 2007 - HOORAY!
Donations
for Shipping Costs
- We
are always in need of funds to ship items to Ukraine. We purchase items
locally when it is possible and less expensive. But some items, like
baby hygiene items, are extremely expensive locally and shipping is
more advantageous.
